In Tegernsee you will find numerous shops and restaurants, a beautiful beach and the lakeside sauna. In addition to the romantic lakeside promenade, there are numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area. A bus takes you to the Wallbergbahn valley station in an exclusive hiking ski area. The train station is in the immediate vicinity and you can get to Munich from here in just 1 hour. There are also numerous bus connections around the lake, to the health resort of Bad Tölz, to Gmund to the climbing garden and the “Tegernsee Fantastic” adventure world and much more.
